Frequently Asked Questions

These are some of the questions we get asked most. If you have any other questions, please contact us at sales@ever-rings.com.

I love your rings! How do I make one?

We always start our ring buying process with a phone call. You can schedule that right here. It usually takes around 30 minutes and gives us a better understanding about what ring would be the best for you.

How much do your rings cost?

Our simplest rings start at $165, but most of our customers' rings average between $450 and $900.

Why do I have to call you?

Well, you don't. But, we really want to talk with you! A phone call saves us a bunch of back and forth emails and is much more fun! But if you hate the phone more than bees, we would love to email you!

What if I don't like my ring?

If you don’t like your ring for any reason, you can send it back and make a new one or get a full refund. Our only requirement is that you do so with in one month of recieving your ring.

How long does it take to make a ring?

Generally speaking, we make rings in between three and five weeks from the time we talk to a customer to when the ring is on their finger. However, if your wedding is coming up, we can rush an order for a small fee and get it to you in two weeks.

Are there rings you can't make?

Generally speaking, if it is a ring, we can make it. We do however have a few rings that we will not make. Some ring designs prioritize style and sacrifice durability. We only make rings that are going to last as long as your marriage, which is hopefully forever! If you have a specific question, schedule an appointment to talk with one of our amazing designers. We will also not make one ring to rule them all becuase we all know what Frodo had to go through. We don't want our customers to go through that.

Do you guys offer financing?

Unfortunatley, we do not currently offer financing. We do however accept all major credit cards and can take payments from multiple sources.

Why are your rings so expensive?

If you have shopped around for rings, you have likely noticed that our rings are more expensive than other companies. There are a few reasons for that. First and foremost, we custom make every ring that is ordered. We take pride in making rings for you. Another reason is that we proudly make all of our rings in the United States and pay our employees a living wage for their hard work.

I don't know my ring size? How can I get it?

All of our customers that buy a ring receive a sizing kit in the mail. This allows them to try on real metal rings and find their perfect size in a simple way. We are not able to send these sizing kits to customers who haven’t purchased a ring. If you want to get started on that process, talk with one of our designers!

I already know my size. Do I have to use your sizing kit?

No, you do not have to use our sizing kit. But please do! All customers that size with us can resize their ring at anytime free of charge. Ring sizes are not consistent across jewelers, which means your ring size with us could be different. If you choose not to size with us, you will have to buy a new ring in the event that yours does not fit.

Are your rings comfort fit?

Yes, all of our rings are comfort fit! Comfort fit is a curve put on the inside of the ring to make rings more comfortable. It makes it so your finger doesn’t catch the edge of a ring, which can be very annoying.

Do you make women's rings as well?

We can make rings for women, but our rings are generally more for men. However, if you are a woman and want to design a custom ring, we would love to help you out!

How do I care for my ring?

Great question! Our Ring Experts are great at taking care of rings. When you buy your ring, they will walk you through the process of taking care of it so it will last forever.

What if my ring gets scratched?

All rings will get scratched; that is just part of wearing a ring. However, the metal and finish you choose can reduce how much you see these scratches. If you are at all concerned about this, talk with your Ring Expert.

Have an idea for your ring or need help deciding what to do? Our designers would be beyond stoked to help you out!
